Assists in the production of necessary resources, planning and carrying out of meetings and conferences that foster the mission and programs of the Office. Contributes to the Bishops’ strategic plan for the Conference. Demonstrates willingness and ability to understand, respect and contribute to the USCCB mission and to fulfill job duties in accordance with its Catholic identity.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred, but 2 years of Secretarial/business school or a combination of work and education may substitute. Major Field in English, Communications, information technology. Read and write Spanish required. Minimum of 2-3 years of directly related experienceKnowledge of the Catholic Church structures and hierarchy. High proficiency with e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, database administration, desktop publishing, Viseo. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Experience assisting with budget planning and preparation a plus.
